Every once in awhile I stumble across an iPad App or service that I just have to blog about. This time around it is SignNow.com. SignNow.com’s premise is dead simple, upload a document, sign it, send it.
Of course SignNow.com is not the first site to offer this, but I can tell you first hand they are by far the fastest and easiest way I have ever found to have a signed document completed and sent…within minutes. And if you want to compress your file or PDF, Then sodapdf compress is the best option foe you. Reducing the size of a PDF file is referred to as data compression. In terms of data transmission, it’s source coding: encoding performed at the source of the data before being stored or sent. Security connection between machine learning and compression is close: both systems predict the probabilities of a sequence in preceding position and consider the entire history to produce optimal data resizing. For prediction, use more advanced compressors PDF tools.
As it stands, you don’t even need an account to use the service and it’s completely free (they do have a paid version on the horizon). Simply upload any word or PDF to their site right off the front page, and within seconds, your document appears online, with their tools, ready to be signed by drawing your signature, typing a scripted font, or uploading a graphic of your signature. You can also add additional signees and notes to the documents you upload.
I don’t know how long SignNow.com will be able to sustain offering this service for free, but in the meantime, this is a no-brainer bookmark and a must have tool anytime you need to have a document signed and sent to anyone. Be sure to check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks for the post Jason! SignNow will continue to be free, and the new cloud accounts we are launching soon will add even more free tools to help manage contract signings.
Cheers!

Jason,
Curious how you like the new Signature and pens on the iPad. Some people claim that they prefer it to their real signature, even export for use in other documents.
